All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information. An order is accepted once Saint Drape confirms it for processing.

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect information or pricing, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payments are processed through available payment methods and third-party payment providers.

Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected order or item and provide any applicable refund.

Saint Drape's Loyalty Program allows customers to earn points and redeem them for rewards.

• Instagram follow = 50 points
• First order = 100 points
• Sign up = 50 points
• Birthday = 150 points
• Newsletter subscription = 100 points

• Unlocked at ₹25,000+ spent
• 1.5× points on every order
• All Origin ways to earn still apply

50 points = ₹1 discount.

Customers can view their points balance, activity, rewards, and loyalty tier through their account.

Saint Drape may correct points awarded due to errors, misuse, or fraudulent activity and may modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program when necessary.

All Saint Drape content, including our logo, brand name, photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, and product images, belongs to or is licensed to Saint Drape.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission.

Saint Drape is an independent clothing brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mattel, Hot Wheels, or Formula 1.

You must not use our website for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, harmful activities, or misuse of promotions, discounts, or the Loyalty Program.

We take reasonable steps to maintain our website and provide accurate information. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the extent permitted by law, Saint Drape will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any applicable disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
